We plan to upgrade equipment at Willis Mountain Substation in Prince Edward County, Virginia, to bring the substation to current safety standards and support reliable service for customers. To accommodate the new equipment, we will expand the substation. We will also install communication fiber on an existing electric transmission line between Willis Mountain Substation and Farmville Substation in Cumberland County.
