  • Spring 2022: Surveying activities
  • December 2022 – January 2023: Pre-construction activities, including laying wooden mats for equipment to reach structures and setting replacement structure foundations
  • Phase 1: Late January – Early March 2023 (no W&OD Trail impacts)
    • Install two replacement structures near the 1757 Golf Club
    • Reconductor between the W&OD Trail and Waxpool Road along the west side of 1757 Golf Club
  • Phase 2: March – May 2023 (W&OD Trail impacts)
    • Install two replacement structures along the W&OD Trail near our Beaumeade Substation
    • Finish reconductor between our Beaumeade and Buttermilk substations
    • Reconductor between our Beaumeade and Paragon Park substations, which is along the W&OD Trail east of Smith Switch Road to east of Loudoun County Parkway
  • Summer 2023: Restoration activities
