What to Expect

Once you’ve checked for natural gas availability, here’s what to expect.

If you receive a "No" response
You will receive an email (or phone call if that was your preferred contact method) – normally within one business day - confirming that gas service is not available to your address.

If you receive a "Yes" or “Maybe” response
You will receive an email (or phone call if that was your preferred contact method) stating that natural gas may be available at your address.

With your approval, we will have our Account Manager contact you to schedule an on-site appointment.

During your appointment, we will:

Confirm if gas is available.
Discuss the natural gas appliance(s) you wish to install, and if there will be a cost for the service.
Require you to sign a Natural Gas Service Agreement.

We advise customers not to purchase or install natural gas appliances until you meet with our Account Manager. While natural gas may be in the area, we cannot confirm service until we review your specific address.
