How do I sign in or register my account?

It's easy: sign in here, or register to access your account online. 

I'm moving/my account needs are changing. How can I transfer or stop my service?

It's easy to modify your service, either by transferring to a new address, adding an additional service or putting a stop on service.

I paid a deposit to get my service turned on. When can I get that back?

You are eligible to get your deposit returned to you after two years unless you have had two (2) consecutive 30-day arrears in the past twenty-four (24) months or more than two (2) non-consecutive 30-day arrears in the past twenty-four (24) months or your service has been terminated for nonpayment or fraudulent use.  If you discontinue service, your deposit is credited to any outstanding charges and you may be eligible for a refund of any remaining credit. 

You can request your change online, or call 800-251-7234 (Mon-Fri, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) and we'll be happy to handle your request over the phone.

How do I pay my bill?

We give you multiple options to pay your bill, whichever suits your needs best. Pay your bill online, by mail, over the phone or at an authorized payment location.

Everything you need is available here, including our mail-in address, telephone number and a list of authorized payment locations.

Business customers: We offer several ways to pay your bill, too. Pay online using a debit or credit card, or by using your bank account information. Set up a one-time payment or automatic payments. You can even pay by phone or at an authorized payment location.

Yes, we offer multiple assistance programs, either on a short- or long-term basis. See which program is a good fit for you.

We also offer multiple rebates, as well as discounts on energy-efficient light bulbs.
