One-Time Guest Pay
Use a third-party (Paymentus)* to easily make a one-time payment.
- $3.50 fee per transaction charged by Paymentus.
- Payments post to your account immediately.
- Credit or Debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Digital Payment Methods including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo are also accepted.

One-Time or Recurring Credit/Debit
Use Paymentus* with a credit or debit card to easily make a one-time payment, or enroll in AutoPay for automatic monthly payments.
- $3.50 fee per transaction charged by Paymentus. Fee can be waived if paperless.
- One-time payments post immediately. AutoPay payments post 10 days prior to the bill due date.
- Credit or Debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Digital Payment Methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo are also accepted for one-time payments only.

Automatic Monthly Payments (AutoPay)
Create a recurring automatic monthly bank draft payment online from your checking or savings account (AutoPay).
- There's no fee to make an online payment.
- Payments post to your account in time for the due date.

Payments made at authorized payment locations post immediately. Payments made at non-authorized locations that accept payments do not post immediately.

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides home energy assistance to help eligible low-income households meet their home heating and/or cooling needs.
Your Community Action Agency in your county may be able to offer you one or more of the following types of assistance:
- Utility Bill Payment Assistance
- Energy Crisis Assistance
- Weatherization and Energy-Related Home Repairs
