If you're having trouble paying your bill, we can help.
Get More Time to Pay
Extending your due date gives you more time to pay and helps avoid disconnection. We're here to work with you and find a flexible option that fits your situation. Short-term due date extensions provide a few more days past the due date.
Important to know:
- If you're a home or small business customers, you may qualify for a due date extension.
- You may qualify for a due date extension depending on your account status. It also depends on whether you've kept payment plans in the past.
- If an option is not available on the website, it will not be available through the automated system or customer service representative.
- To check your available options:
- Sign in or use the mobile app and select Need Help/Time to Pay
- Call us at 800-251-7234
Set Up a Payment Plan
In a long-term payment plan, you agree to pay your current bill and a set amount towards a past due balance, each month. A long-term payment plan is also called a deferred payment plan. The plan divides the past due balance into equal payments.
Important to know:
- If you have a home account, you may qualify for a long-term payment plan.
- A long-term payment plan requires a down payment and spreads the remaining balance over 3-4 months.
- This allows you to pay a part of your balance, plus your current monthly bill charges.
- A 1.5% late payment charge will be applied to the remaining past due balance on each bill until the payment plan is complete.
- No further payment extensions are available while you are on the long-term payment plan.
- You can't be on a short-term and long-term payment plan at the same time.
- If you service is disconnected while on the Deferred Payment Plan, the plan will end. Any outstanding balances will be due with the next billing cycle.
- This plan addresses utility regulated charges only.
