Automatic Monthly Payments (AutoPay)
Have your bill amount automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
- There's no fee to participate in AutoPay.
- Payments post to your account in time for the due date.

One-Time Guest Pay
Don't have an online account? Make a one-time payment through our only authorized third-party vendor, Paymentus.
- Residential Customers: $1.65 per transaction (up to $1,000 per transaction)
- Non-Residential Customers: $14.95 per transaction (up to $15,000 per transaction).
- Payments post to your account immediately.
- Credit or Debit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Digital Payment Methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are also accepted.
In Person
Make a payment in person at one of our many authorized payment centers.
- Please bring your bill or account number when making a payment.
- $1.50 fee per transaction (this fee must be paid in cash).
- Payments posted to your account immediately.
- Dominion Energy does NOT accept in person payments at any office locations, only at an Authorized Payment Center.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)
How It Works:
- Make a payment via electronic transfer from one bank account to another.
- No service charge for ACH payments.
- Preview the formatting information to see if your financial institution can comply with our bank's requirements.
- When you are ready, please email us at ach@domenergy.com to begin our onboarding process for ACH payments and to get the complete bank account and transit/ABA number.
Please Note:
The customer or financial institution must send payments and data (customer account number and amount) via ACH in Corporate Trade Exchange (CTX) or Cash Concentration and Disbursement Plus (CCD +) file format. Dominion Energy's bank will reject any other format, resulting in delays in payment postings.
