What We Buy

We structure our purchases along commodity lines, which are then further divided into materials, services, and project-related needs. Some of the major commodities and purchases are outlined below, grouped by business unit.

Supplier Code of Ethics & Business Conduct

The Supplier Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the Code) outlines our minimum expectations for suppliers and their employees, personnel, agents, and subcontractors when working on behalf of Dominion Energy. Potential and active suppliers are expected to be aware of, attest to, and adhere to the Code and share our commitment to integrity and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Suppliers should periodically review the Code to understand our expectations and requirements.

"Across our footprint, we are committed to operating our business in accordance with the highest standards of ethical, environmental, and human rights conduct. It is imperative that you, our suppliers, share our commitment to integrity, ethics, and accountability, and ensure your employees, agents, and subcontractors review, understand, and comply with Dominion Energy's requirements detailed in The Supplier Code of Ethics and Business Conduct."
