I’m Moving/My Account Needs Are Changing. How Can I Transfer or Stop My Service?
It's easy to modify your service, either by transferring to a new address, adding an additional service or putting a stop on service.
I Paid a Deposit To Get My Service Turned On. When Can I Get That Back?
You are eligible to get your deposit returned to you after two years unless you have had two (2) consecutive 30-day arrears in the past twenty-four (24) months or more than two (2) non-consecutive 30-day arrears in the past twenty-four (24) months or your service has been terminated for nonpayment or fraudulent use. If you discontinue service, your deposit is credited to any outstanding charges and you may be eligible for a refund of any remaining credit.
You can request your change online, or call 800-251-7234 (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) and we'll be happy to handle your request over the phone.
