File a Property or Damage Claim
In the event you have sustained damage, loss or injury you feel is our responsibility, you may file a claim. Prior to filing a claim, please review a few examples of what we don't cover and what we do:
What We Don't Cover
- Food loss caused by major weather events such as hurricanes, lightning, floods, extreme weather like heat, wind or cold.
- Damage caused by power outages or voltage fluctuations caused by weather events.
- Actions of a third party (someone not employed by Dominion Energy).
What We Do Cover
Dominion Energy South Carolina will investigate each claim to determine whether or not the damage was caused by the actions of the company.
