Sometimes customers don’t see their eBill due to it going to the spam or junk folder in their email inbox. Make sure your email isn’t going to spam.
Dominion Energy offers eBill as a paperless billing option. eBill is easy, secure and environmentally friendly. eBill is available to Dominion Energy customers in Ohio and West Virginia who are enrolled in Manage Your Account (MYA).
Sometimes customers don’t see their eBill due to it going to the spam or junk folder in their email inbox. Before picking up the phone, verify that your email isn’t going to spam.

By adding the above address to your contacts, safe sender list, or whitelist (depending on email provider) you can ensure that your email provider delivers the message to the right folder.
If you see your eBill notification message in a spam or junk folder, mark it as safe or not spam (depending on email provider).
The Dominion Energy app allows iPhone and Android users easy access to their account. Customers enrolled in eBill who have push notifications enabled will receive a notification each time their bill generates.
