In order to use the new mobile app, you will need a Dominion Energy online profile.
You can use your existing online profile to mange your accounts within the app. If you do not have an existing online profile the app will guide you through steps to create a profile. Once you have a profile, you can continue to use the app through a quick and easy login.
South Carolina and North Carolina gas customers can create an account within the app.
Yes, all customers will need to download the new app.
The old Dominion Energy apps will expire and no longer be functional. If you currently have a Dominion Energy app, you will receive an in-app notification letting you know a new app is available and it will direct you to download it.
Yes, if you have location services turned on. If not, you will be able to manually select your state of service.
Users may receive billing and outage notifications. Additional notifications are available in certain areas.
South Carolina and North Carolina gas customers who currently have the regional app will continue to receive all existing notifications.

No. Downed wires are dangerous and require special attention. For your safety, stay at least 30 feet away and call 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357) to speak directly with a specialist.
Dominion Energy customers with more than five (5) accounts will need to speak with a specialist at 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).

No. You can access Nearby Places without being logged in. Enable Location Services to enjoy the full functionality of this feature.
If a business in Nearby Places is labeled as “Likely,” we have established they are an existing Dominion Energy customer and, based on reported outages in the area, the business may not be affected by a power outage. If a business is labeled as “Call First,” the business may not have power based on reported outages. For those locations, we encourage customers to call the business first to verify.
No. Clearing your phone or tablet’s history or cache will not erase your saved locations or credentials.
You can check the status for all accounts tied to a specific phone number (up to five). Or, if you are using an account number, you will need to log in and check each one separately.
No. You will only get push notifications when you are logged in to an account. If you log out and switch to a new account, the push notifications will be for the new account.
