Reduce your bill through our Income and Age Qualifying Energy Savings Program, which offers no-cost home upgrades to help lower your bill.

No-cost energy efficient upgrades to qualified customers.

Our Income and Age Qualifying Energy Savings Program (formerly known as the Income and Age Qualifying (IAQ) Residential Bundle Program) provides no-cost energy efficient upgrades to qualified customers.

The program is available to eligible customers in our North Carolina service territory. If you qualify, an energy expert will examine your home, generate a custom energy assessment report, and install the selected energy-saving-products. 

No products will be installed without the customer's permission.

Schedule an In-Home Assessment

Your weatherization provider will assess your home's needs and create a custom report.

Install Recommended Upgrades

Your service provider will complete energy-saving upgrades in your home at no-cost.
