Why Should I Enroll My Home in Reward Hours?
Enrolling your home is the most flexible option for joining the Reward Hours program.
This option allows you to choose how to reduce your homes electricity usage during reward hours. For example, temporarily adjust your thermostat and delay laundry, cooking, washing dishes, or charging your EV.
It's up to you, you're in control! And, if it's not convenient to participate when we alert you about reward hours, you can decide not to participate without penalty.
How Much Could I Earn in Rewards?
In general, we estimate customers could earn between $1 – $1.25 for each hour they reduce their home's electricity usage during reward hours. That means on average customers could earn between $20 – $30 a year if responding to all reward hours.
