Customers with a smart thermostat at home can earn additional rewards by participating in the smart thermostat program.
Program Details
Participants help Dominion Energy manage higher energy demands by allowing specific, short-term adjustments to your HVAC system (around 3-4 degrees for 3-4 hours) via your Wi-Fi enabled smart thermostat. You'll always have control, simply change your thermostat settings to opt out of the event.
Customers will receive financial incentives for participating in Smart Thermostat Rewards events.
