Business Billing Options

Dominion Energy offers multiple options for non-residential customers

Summary Billing

(Also referred to as Group Billing or Consolidated Billing)

  • Available to non-residential customers with a minimum of 10 active accounts, regardless of natural gas supplier.
  • Bundles billing statements for multiple nonresidential accounts with a common Tax ID so customers may make a single payment.
  • There's no additional cost to participate.
  • All accounts in this agreement must maintain a good credit history with no account arrears. If any account has arrears, we may terminate the Group Billing agreement and bill each account separately.
  • All payments must be made in full by the due date.
  • Accounts may not include any contracts or warranties, nor have security deposits billed or paid.
  • Request Summary Billing by downloading the Dominion Energy Ohio Group Agreement, completing and signing it, and returning it via:
