Income and Age-Qualifying Energy Savings Program
No-cost energy efficient upgrades to qualified customers.
Our Income and Age Qualifying Energy Savings Program (formerly known as the Income and Age Qualifying (IAQ) Residential Bundle Program) provides no-cost energy efficient upgrades to qualified customers.
The program is available to eligible customers in our Virginia service territory. If you qualify, an energy expert will examine your home, generate a custom energy assessment report, and install the selected energy-saving products. No products will be installed without the customer's permission.

Eligibility
You may be eligible for this program if you live in Virginia and meet one of the following:
Option 1: Income Based
You live in a single-family home, multi-family home, or mobile home and your household income is one of the following (whichever is greater):
- 80% or less of the local area media income (set by Virginia Housing)
- 60% less of the state median income (set by Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development
Option 2: Age and Income-Based
You are 60 years or older and your household income is 120% or less of the state median income (set by Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development).
