No-cost energy efficient upgrades for qualified customers

Our Income and Age Qualifying Residential Bundle Program provides no cost energy efficient upgrades to qualified customers.

The program is available to eligible customers in our Virginia service territory. If you qualify, an energy expert will examine your home, generate a custom energy assessment report, and install the selected energy-saving products. No products will be installed without the customer's permission.
