How can we help you?
Get Help With Your Bill
If you're having trouble paying your bill, we can help.
Set Up a Payment Plan
A long-term payment plan (also called a deferred payment plan) lets you:
- Pay your current bill.
- Split your past due balance into equal monthly payments (up to 6 months).
- Each month, you‘ll pay one of those payments plus your current bill.
Important to know:
- A 1% late payment charge will be applied to the remaining past due balance on each bill until the payment plan is complete.
- Paying extra goes toward your next payment.
- Missing a scheduled payment may cancel your payment plan.
- Plans are available for both residential and small business customers.
