The Income and Age Qualifying Bundle Program currently offers the following installed energy-saving measures at no cost for qualifying customers:

A typical assessment through the Income and Age Qualifying Energy Efficiency Program will take approximately one to two hours. The energy expert will let you how long it will take to install the improvements, depending on the size of the premise this may take one to two days. In addition, you may also be eligible to participate in the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Weatherization Assistance Program. Discuss with your weatherization service provider the time commitment necessary to participate.

The Income and Age-Qualifying Energy Efficiency Program is available to qualified customers in our North Carolina service territory. A household whose annual income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guidelines*, or receiving assistance payments under the Work First or Supplemental Security Income Programs. Or a customer 60 years or older with a household income that does not exceed 250% of the federal poverty guidelines.

* For more information on the current federal poverty guidelines, please visit the HHS website. The program is available to qualified individuals living in single-family residences, townhomes, mobile homes, or separately metered multi-family dwellings (such as apartments or condominiums) with electric or non-electric heating and/or electric cooling.

Yes. You will be asked to read and sign the program consent form that states that you desire to have the work performed and that either you are the homeowner or that you are authorized by the homeowner to have the improvements made to your premise. No energy measure will be installed without the homeowner's permission. You must be a Dominion Energy (North Carolina) residential customer.

The Income and Age Qualifying Energy Efficiency Program is an assessment and improvement program for Dominion Energy customers meeting eligibility requirements in North Carolina. This program is offered by Dominion Energy and approved by the North Carolina Utilities Commission.
