Standard Service & Choice Offer Auctions

Dominion Energy Ohio (DEO) will conduct a single auction for both Standard Service Offer (SSO) wholesale gas supply and Standard Choice Offer (SCO) customers on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.

DEO will review the Auction procedures with interested parties on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 10 AM EST. A Mock Auction will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST.

Interested parties:

  • Must be certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
  • Must submit the 2024 Auction Application and financial information for initial credit review by December 14, 2023; no extensions will be granted to this deadline.
  • After the initial credit evaluation is completed, interested parties must submit the Bidder Registration Form by Monday, January 22, 2024.
  • Must submit required financial collateral by Monday, January 22, 2024.

Dominion Energy Ohio (DEO) will conduct a single auction for both Standard Service Offer (SSO) wholesale gas supply and Standard Choice Offer (SCO) customers on Monday, February 6, 2023.

DEO will review the Auction procedures with interested parties on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 10 AM EST. A Mock Auction will be held on Monday, January 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST.

Interested parties:

  • Must be certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
  • Must submit the 2023 Auction Application and financial information for initial credit review by December 15, 2022; no extensions will be granted to this deadline.
  • After the initial credit evaluation is completed, interested parties must submit the Bidder Registration Form by January 20, 2023.
  • Must submit required financial collateral by January 20, 2023.
