• The City Clearance form is used by city/county officials to notify Dominion Energy when a clearance permit is issued approving a gas-meter set at a premises within the city/county's jurisdiction. This form requires a user name and password.

Dominion Energy offers excess flow valves (EFVs), which automatically reduce the flow of gas if a customer or contractor accidentally breaks a line while digging.
