Winter can be difficult for many families. REACH (Residential Energy Assistance through Community Help) is a Dominion Energy program that helps qualifying customers keep up with home-heating costs.
Dominion Energy's REACH program, administered by The Salvation Army, helps customers who are low-income with natural gas bills. To qualify for this program, the household must be at or below 150% of the 2023 Federal Poverty Level for gross monthly income. Households may qualify for assistance once per calendar year.

REACH is funded by generous donations from Dominion Energy customers, employees and shareholders. One hundred percent of your tax-deductible donation directly helps someone pay for heat.
If you would like to set up recurring donations through your monthly natural gas bill, please log in to your account online or through the Dominion Energy app and select Help Others in Need. You may opt out of ongoing donations at any time.
If you would like to set up a one-time donation to the REACH program, please complete the form below. This contribution will appear as a line item on one of your next two monthly bills, depending on when your request is processed.
