Solvay Solar Energy Facility

  • Located on approximately 900 acres in Jasper County near Ridgeland, S.C.
  • The project has a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with South Carolina Electric & Gas (SCE&G)
  • Renewable energy certificates (RECs) sold to Solvay, an international chemicals and advanced materials company

Ridgeland Solar Project

  • Acquired from Adger Solar in November 2016 and entered service in May 2017
  • 10 megawatts (AC)
  • Located on approximately 80 acres in Ridgeland, S.C.
  • The project has a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with South Carolina Electric & Gas (SCE&G)
  • Renewable energy credits will also be retained by SCE&G

Seabrook

  • Entered service in December 2019
  • Developed by First Solar
  • 72 megawatts
  • Located on approximately 628 acres in Beaufort County, S.C.
  • Ground-mounted single-axis tracking facility that contains approximately 220,128 photovoltaic panels
  • Provides power and renewable energy attributes under a contract with Dominion Energy South Carolina that was previously filed and accepted by the South Carolina Public Service Commission
