Lake Murray Public Parks
Lexington Side – Beach Access
The Lexington side is open from April 9th through Labor Day. Visitors must reserve a day pass to access the park.
Hours
- Weekdays: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Weekends: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Fees
- $5.00 for vehicles (single day use only)

Park Rules and Information
- Reservations must be made online.
- Cash is no longer accepted at the entry gate.
- Reservations can be made up to three weeks in advance.
- All sales are final and cannot be canceled, modified or refunded.
- Pass is valid for the entire day, but cannot be reused after leaving the park.
- No alcoholic beverages.
- No pets.

Irmo Side
The Irmo side is open year round, 24-hours a day.
Fees
As of April 1, 2026, the Irmo side boat launch no longer accepts cash for parking payments. Visitors kst pay for parking online after they arrive at the launch.
