Required Information To Be Included With Construction and Use Agreement
- Proof of ownership; copy of deed and drawing/photo of existing structure.
- Drawing of proposed structure with dimensions.
- Drawing/map indicating where structure will be placed regarding property boundaries.
- Drawing of current structure with dimensions and modified structure with dimensions.
- Linear feet of rip rap to be installed.
- Drawing of placement on shoreline.
- Drawing showing area to be dredged, with dimensions.
- Map/drawing of where dredged material will be disposed.
- Drawing/aerial photo showing area to be trimmed, proposed trees to be removed, landscaping to be installed with species list.
