Supporting Education and Workforce Development
The Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations to support educational efforts from early childhood through higher education, and programs to develop the capacity of the future workforce, especially in STEM and energy fields.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond (VA) to support Life & Career Pathways for Richmond youth through out-of-school-time programs that build academic skills and workforce readiness.

Heart Math Tutoring, Inc. (NC) to provide one-on-one, volunteer-delivered math tutoring for elementary students to strengthen foundational skills and improve long-term academic outcomes.

South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics Foundation (SC) to provide need-based financial aid to students across the state to participate in summer STEM camps.

Special Olympics Virginia, Inc. (VA) to build more inclusive and healthier school communities through programs that promote inclusion, leadership, and physical activity for students of all abilities.

The Education Alliance – Business and Community for Public Schools (WV) to support the WV Ready Work-based Learning Course that impacts underserved, rural, high-need, gender, and racially diverse students by engaging them in virtual job shadowing, mentoring, and capstone projects, with emphasis on STEM careers in the energy industry.
