Basic Human Needs Grants
Funding for Basic Needs in the Communities We Serve
The Dominion Energy Charitable Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations across the company's footprint that provide critical services to meet the needs of people and the communities we serve. These grants support a wide range of projects including providing housing and shelter, access to medical and mental health services, and increased food security.

Fauquier FISH (VA) to support the transformative DASH (Delicious, Affordable, Simple, and Healthy) Meals Program, providing complete, thoughtfully planned meal kits that prioritize nutrition, dignity, and long-term food security.

Food Bank of the Albemarle (NC) to fight food insecurity across northeastern North Carolina by providing essential food assistance to underserved communities.

Healthy Learners (SC) to expand access to essential dental care for underserved children, improving health outcomes and school readiness.

Petersburg Volunteer Fire Company (WV) to purchase engine headsets that enhance communication, safety, and efficiency for emergency responders.

Potter’s House Recovery (SC) to support the Empower Recovery & Reignite Hope Scholarship Program, providing access to recovery services for individuals overcoming addiction.

Prisma Health Midlands Foundation (SC) to support community health and wellness through events including Walk for Life and the Famously Hot Pink 10K and 5K.
