Dispatchable Generation Proposals

As of July 1, 2026, Dominion Energy Virginia is pleased to announce the opening of the bid form for its 2026 Dispatchable Generation RFP. Parties intending to bid should login to PowerPro to fill out Part 1 Intent to Bid Registration.

This will include signing a Confidentiality Agreement and Exclusivity Agreement and providing high level details about the projects the participant intends to submit. After review of these intent-to-bid submissions, the full bid form will become available to qualified developers. Final submissions will be due by 5pm on December 18, 2026.
