Schedule 10 is applicable only to non-residential Customers (1) who elect to receive Electricity Supply Service and Electric Delivery Service from the Company and (2) whose peak measured average 30-minute interval demand has reached or exceeded 500 kW during at least three billing months within the previous 12 consecutive billing months immediately prior to the Customer’s effective date for service under this schedule.

This schedule is not available at a location until such time that the Company has installed all necessary metering equipment. This schedule is not available to Customers electing to participate, either directly or indirectly through a third-party curtailment service provider, in any PJM Interconnection, LLC Demand Response Program or any Company-sponsored peak-shaving demand response program.
