On July 2, Dominion Energy South Carolina, along with the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (ORS) and intervenors, filed a comprehensive settlement agreement in our general electric rate case for approval by the Public Service Commission of South Carolina (PSC). This is the result of several months of good faith negotiation by all parties.
