Dominion Energy has released its 2023 Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility (SCR) Report.

Our new SCR Report covers the company’s sustainability-related activities for the 2023 calendar year, with some exceptions for 2024 as noted. The report highlights the company’s performance on environmental, social, and governance issues, as well as other core aspects of the business, including energy delivery, employee development, and more.

“Sustainability is at the core of Dominion Energy’s mission,” said Bob Blue, chair and chief executive officer. “Our company’s core values — Safety, Ethics, Excellence, Embrace Change, and One Dominion Energy, our term for teamwork — inform our dedication to sustainability.”

Highlights from the report include:

• Our commitment to our core mission pillars: Reliable, Affordable, and Increasingly Clean, with additional sections on People & Communities.
• Continued progress toward Net Zero, with a 52% reduction through 2023 in Scope 1 CO2e emissions related to our Net Zero commitment.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) content, previously included in a separate DE&I report, that reinforces our commitment to our people and the communities where we operate.
• Three new corporate videos: the SCR Highlights Video, Bob Blue’s “Message from the Chair,” and a new DE&I video.
• Employee Highlight Stories, which reinforce connections between the company’s accomplishments and the people who make them possible.
• A “Sustainability Focus Areas” document, aligning company sustainability priorities with our core mission.
