Trees, Trimming & Power Lines
Learn How We Maintain the Area Around Our Power Lines
To ensure safe and reliable power delivery, we trim back trees and brush along our power lines. Trimming along these rights of way lead to quicker access for necessary maintenance and service restoration.
We follow the American National for Tree Care Operations (ANSI 300) for tree trimming – supported by arborists and other tree care experts. This method helps direct future growth away from power lines while leaving remaining limbs intact.
