  • Proof of ownership; copy of deed and drawing/photo of existing structure.
  • Drawing of proposed structure with dimensions.
  • Drawing/map indicating where structure will be placed regarding property boundaries.
  • Drawing of current structure with dimensions and modified structure with dimensions.
  • Linear feet of rip rap to be installed.
  • Drawing of placement on shoreline.
  • Drawing showing area to be dredged, with dimensions.
  • Map/drawing of where dredged material will be disposed.
  • Drawing/aerial photo showing area to be trimmed, proposed trees to be removed, landscaping to be installed with species list.
