On May 8, 2024, the EPA published the Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System; Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals from Electric Utilities: Legacy CCR Surface Impoundments in the Federal Register. This rule establishes regulatory requirements for legacy surface impoundments and CCR management units under the CCR Rule.
As directed by 40 CFR 257.107, we maintain data and information to demonstrate compliance with the CCR Rule on this publicly accessible internet site.
