All eligible Dominion Energy Ohio customers can join the Energy Choice program at any time.

The supplier you choose will provide you with the appropriate information to make the changes necessary on your Dominion Energy Ohio account.

As an eligible customer:

• Can participate in the budget plan or other payment plans.
• May enroll even with a past-due balance on your accounts, provided that you have not broken a payment plan more than once during the preceding 12 months. If now on a payment plan, you must be current on that plan to participate in Energy Choice.
• Cannot participate in the Percentage of Income Payment Plan.

Residential customers can also receive Energy Choice information by visiting the website of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel at occ.ohio.gov or by contacting them at 877-742-5622.

With Energy Choice, you will be able to select from several competitive offers. View current supplier offers on the PUCO's “Apples to Apples” website at energychoice.ohio.gov. To receive this information by mail, please contact the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio Automated Information Hotline at 800-686-PUCO (7826).

Under rules established by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, Dominion Energy Ohio must provide certified suppliers with certain customer information in order to help the competitive gas market develop.

We are required to provide suppliers with a list of customers who are eligible for Energy Choice. This list will include your name, address, rate class and usage information. Your phone number will not be included with this information. The list is updated on the last Saturday of each month. Cut-off dates are the day before.

For your protection, to obtain this list, gas suppliers must be certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and registered to do business with Dominion Energy Ohio.

Periodically, Dominion Energy Ohio will print a notice about the Eligible Customer List on the bill. This message will include instructions that explain how you can opt out/in.

Unless you tell us otherwise, your name and account information will be included on this list. If you do not want to be included, you may opt out. There are three ways to opt out:

• Sign in or register and you can opt in or out as part of managing your account.
• Call 800-362-7557 and opt out using the automated menu options for energy choice.
• Send a letter to:

Remember, even if you decide to opt out, you can still choose another supplier. However, be aware that suppliers use this list to send you information about special offers that may be beneficial to you. If you opt out, you may not receive these offers.
