We understand our customers care about their environmental impact. That’s why we’re committed to providing you with information and options to both learn more about and support renewable energy.

We invite you to explore some of the basics of renewable energy, and how you can easily and affordably join programs we offer to help address climate change together.

We offer a variety of affordable programs that provide the opportunity to support renewable energy and reduce your environmental impact. All of our programs are available to residential and commercial customers, and include the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates. While some of the differences between the programs are small, no matter which program you choose, you’re making a difference by reducing your carbon footprint.

1. Available to customers with peak demand of 5 MW or less.
2. Commercial customers over 500kW are limited to ten blocks (1,000 kWh) and cannot subscribe at 100%.
3. When you purchase from these programs, you purchase the energy and RECs from a portfolio of renewable resources owned or contracted by Dominion Energy.
4. Generation locations include: PA, DE, DC, VA, OH, IN, IL, MD, WV, MO, TN, NC, SC, GA, MS, AL, LA or AR

Also please consider on-site renewable energy options like net metering.
