Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Health and Safety
At Dominion Energy, we’re committed to helping all of our customers to have an energy-efficient and comfortable home.
This program, available to eligible customers in our Virginia service territory, offers incentives for the installation of measures that reduce residential heating and cooling costs and enhance the health and safety of residents.
This program includes repairs and improvements to home heating and cooling systems and installation of energy saving measures in the home.

Note: By participating in this program, you are signifying your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of the program.
This program provides installation of select energy-saving products at no cost to you. Qualifying customers are eligible for this no-cost in-home energy assessment conducted by local weatherization service providers. If you qualify, an energy expert will examine your home and install the selected energy-saving products.
No products will be installed without the homeowner's permission. The homeowner or an authorized tenant will need to sign the application form that will state "I am the homeowner or I am authorized by the homeowner to have improvements made to my premise."
The HVAC Health and Safety program is an assessment and improvement program for Dominion Energy customers meeting eligibility requirements in Virginia. This program is offered by Dominion Energy and approved by the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
For further assistance with home efficiency improvements, the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development also offers weatherization services. This program provides weatherization services to qualifying individuals through local weatherization assistance providers. You may contact your local weatherization assistance provider for more information on programs for which you may be eligible.
Energy assessments will be conducted by qualified, local weatherization service providers who currently offer weatherization related services through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development and have been approved by the HVAC Health and Safety program to complete assessments.
