Making Your Payment

Update Your Email Address

  • Sign in.
  • Select My Profile.
  • Click Edit next to Email.
  • Select My Profile.
  • Enter your new email address.
  • Confirm your new email address.
  • Enter your current password and click Submit.

Receiving or Viewing Your eBill

Didn't receive your eBill email? Check your spam/junk mail folders. Add the eBill email address to your contacts (electronic_billingEB@domenergyvanceb.com). If you're still having trouble, email us.

To Stop eBill

  • Sign in.
  • On the My Account Overview page, scroll down to My Enrollments.
  • Next to eBill, select Un-Enroll.

Error Messages

  • If you received an error message while trying to access your online account, please call us at 866-366-4357.
  • Customer service is available 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday.
  • Outside the United States, call 001-757-857-2112.

Submit a Complaint

  • Call us at 866-366-4357 and speak with one of our Customer Care Associates. They are trained to answer your questions promptly and accurately.
  • If you're not satisfied with the response to your concern, ask to have it reviewed by a supervisor.
  • If the situation is still not resolved, ask for our Customer Relations & Policy Department, or send them an email.

File a Claim

  • In the event you have sustained damage, loss or injury you feel is our responsibility, you may file a claim.
  • The investigation or the filing of a claim is neither an admission of liability nor a guarantee of payment. Your claim will be investigated by our Claims Department and a determination of liability will be made. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. You will be contacted and advised of our position concerning your claim, either in writing or by telephone.
  • Prior to filing a claim, please familiarize yourself with a few examples of claims we do not honor:
    • Acts of nature (ice, lightning, wind, hurricanes, squirrels, birds, snakes, etc.)
    • Dominion Energy equipment failures
    • Vehicle accidents involving our equipment (poles, pad mounted transformers, etc.)
    • Outside parties causing damage to our equipment

As specified in our tariff, we do not and cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply of electricity free from defect; therefore, we will not assume liability for damages, losses or injuries caused by occurrences that are beyond the control of the company.
