Facility Location Request

You can now email Dominion Energy to request an electric facility location map. (This form should not be used for gas mapping requests or site marking and locating service.) Refer to our section on "Call Before You Dig" for more information and telephone numbers .

Follow these easy steps:

  • Either cut and paste the required fields into your email or download a template of the required fields which could be saved and attached with your email.
  • Attach a PDF or Microsoft Word document of your area of interest.
  • Email to Dominion Energy
