The Electric Vehicle (EV) Pricing Plans were part of a pilot program designed to test whether electric vehicle owners will choose to recharge their vehicles during off-peak hours – typically overnight – in exchange for lower electricity costs.
Is this a limited offer?
Yes, the EV Pricing Plans were part of a pilot program.
The pilot program concludes November 30, 2018. Enrollment in the pilot program is closed. Current participants may remain on the EV pricing plans if they choose to do so. If you would like to remain on the pricing plan, you do not need to take any action. If you would like to return to your previous rate plan, please call 1-866-DOM-HELP.
We will use the results of the pilot program to evaluate future EV-related offerings for customers.
Who can participate in the EV Pricing Plans?
The EV Pricing Plans closed to new enrollment on September 1, 2016. Customers who are participating in the EV + Home Pricing Plan are not eligible to also participate in our water heater control program or net metering. Additionally, customers who enroll in the EV + Home Pricing Plan are not eligible to participate in Smart Cooling Rewards.
I'm moving, what do I do?
When you are moving out of your home, we will automatically unenroll you from your EV pricing plan. You are responsible for removing all charging equipment from your home.
