Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Information

California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information by Dominion Energy to third parties. In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act “Sell,” “selling,” “sale,” or “sold,” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

If you are a California resident and you wish to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, you may:

  • Complete the electronic form below;
  • Call Toll-Free 1-855-211-2315; or
  • Send an email with your request to Privacy@Dominionenergy.com

Only you or your authorized agent acting on your behalf may make a request to opt-out. To have an authorized agent be recognized as acting on your behalf, either; a) verify your identity directly with Dominion Energy customer service and provide explicit authorization permitting your agent to act on your behalf; or b) provide (or have your agent provide) legal proof of Power of Attorney, Guardianship, or Conservatorship.
