Dominion Energy Generation Marketing, Inc. Electronic Bulletin Board ("EBB")

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") requires that each entity that is affiliated with Dominion Energy Virginia and that has filed a rate schedule providing for sales of energy at wholesale at market-based rate authority (a "Wholesale Marketing Affiliate") must comply with the FERC Code of Conduct (Affiliate Restrictions). The FERC Code of Conduct regulations limit interactions between Dominion Energy Virginia and Wholesale Marketing Affiliates.
