Multifamily Program provides property owners and managers with an on-site energy assessment of both common areas and tenant units.  

Our pre-qualified contractors will perform a comprehensive, diagnostic whole-community energy assessment. You will receive recommendations and a report detailing energy-saving improvements you can make to both individual units of participating tenants, as well as common areas.   

Plus, property owners who participate will qualify to receive rebates to help you save on any recommended improvements you choose to make.
