Welcome Kits
New Dominion Energy Virginia residential customers may receive a welcome kit including a smart power strip and an opportunity to receive additional products and advice to help save energy.
Residential New Construction
The Residential New Construction Program supports Virginia homebuilders and encourages them to build ENERGY STAR certified homes. To learn how certification helps you ensure your new home is comfortable, efficient, and durable, visit the ENERGY STAR New Homes site.
Smart Cooling Rewards
The Smart Cooling Rewards Program has been retired and is no longer accepting applications. A similar Program that remains active is the Smart Thermostat Rewards Program.
My Energy Target
The My Energy Target (MET) program challenges customers to reduce their energy use throughout the summer and winter months. From July to September, participating customers who lower their energy to achieve a target could receive a cash reward.
Home Energy Reports
The Home Energy Reports program provides customers with specific information about their home’s energy use and low- to no-cost solutions to save energy. In addition to the reports, customers are eligible to receive advice from our energy advisers.
Business Energy Reports
Dominion Energy Smart Business Energy Reports provide business owners with detailed information about their business’ energy use and personalized recommendations to save energy and improve their bottom line. The Business Energy Report program is designed for small businesses.
