How can we help you?
Supplier Diversity & Partnerships
We rely on dedicated, competitive, ethical suppliers in order to produce and deliver safe and reliable electricity and gas to our millions of customers.
Why We Value Supplier Diversity
Fostering a Diverse Supply Chain is Smart Business
- A broader supplier pool encourages competition on price and quality and promotes innovation and creativity
- Hiring within our communities creates customer loyalty.
Supporting Diversity in Business is the Right Thing To Do
- It allows us to promote continued economic growth and more job opportunities in your communities.
- It supports businesses operated by people with diverse backgrounds.
People from a variety of diverse backgrounds live in the communities we serve. When we hire diverse businesses, we help these neighborhoods become vibrant and successful. When it comes to our commitment to working with partners and suppliers as diverse as the communities we serve — Dominion Energy is All In.

Progress and Performance
We annually report on our progress and performance related to diversity and inclusion practices.

"Experience has taught us that casting a wide net for potential suppliers ensures the best
