Making Invoicing Easy
Learn the features of our invoicing and payment portal, and request an invite to enroll.Dominion Energy is happy to introduce our new Invoicing and Payment Portal, provided by Taulia, Inc. This portal offers many features that you'll find valuable, including:
- Invoice Inquiry
- Dynamic Discounting
- Managing payment information changes online
- 24/7 access to the Taulia portal
- All features are completely free to our suppliers, and is accessible wherever you have internet access.
- View purchase orders, invoice status, and payment information within the portal, or download the data.
- Request early payments
- Submit electronic invoices, or the option to create invoices directly from purchase orders (PO Flips).

You may enroll after receiving an invite. Invitations are emailed from Portal@Taulia.com. Please ask your email service provider to “white list” this address so it isn't marked as spam. We urge all suppliers to enroll. If you are an active supplier and you have not received an invitation, use the form below to obtain one.
