Eligibility

  • You must be a Dominion Energy South Carolina electric residential customer.
  • Dominion Energy South Carolina requires duct leakage testing, using a duct blaster, before (pre) and after (post) duct sealing improvements are made.
  • Duct improvements MUST be made by a Licensed Mechanical Contractor.
  • Applicants must submit a completed Ductwork Application along with a copy of proof of purchase (detailed installation invoice) within 90 days of installation.
