Harrowgate–Locks
115 kV Electric Transmission Rebuild Project
Overview
To maintain reliability, the aging 115 kilovolt (kV) electric transmission line between our Harrowgate Substation and Locks Substation is proposed to be rebuilt replacing wooden H-Frame structures with weathering steel H-Frame structures.
